10 Great Online HTML5 Tools For Web Designers

It is quite interesting to realize that fact that all the websites that we surf through each and every day in search of news, information or gossip, we have no idea where they originate. So, where do they actually come from? The answer is even more interesting than the question, as all these websites have been designed by somebody somewhere in the world! The layouts, the beautiful designs, and graphical user interface designed is such that you actually do not find any other things to be interested in! Frankly speaking, if you believe that web development and designing quite easy to do, there is a slight misconception in your concepts! First, web designing and web developing is not for all; it requires skill, and at the same time, a huge amount of interest in the field.

To be very frank, I feel that web designers and web developers are human beings of a completely different genre. The kind of imagination that one requires to put something interesting through codes and then convert it into a completely new digital design is absolutely outstanding. To add to this the talent to lay down the interface in such a way that people who come in just to use the segment do not find it difficult. According to the general customs, the people surfing around the internet will only look at the interface of the design. Not a lot of people will even think about the coding that is behind the design. Thus, it becomes important to make sure that the design and the development done is good, while at the same time, appealing to users.

But this is a difficult path. The designers are human, and at the end of the day, it’s too much to ask of them great things day after day. Mistakes happen and people do fail, but they do stand up back again. In such cases, the best designers look for help from other sources. There are many tools on HTML5 available that can be used by designers to help them add to their website. The tools can be used for drawing and creating markings and patterns that makes it completely different from the others. The tools not only help, but they also implant the seed for further creation in a different way!

This is an html5 powered web-based animation suite. Its original goal was to be a usable Flash IDE alternative, but it has evolved into a cross-platform/cross-format animation tool that also works offline.

  1. Hopefully Google Web Designer will be available for us Linux users soon (even though its for the browser and not for the PC!)
Also, X-Ray would be a much better bookmarklet if it would let you copy and paste the code behind the DOM, once you’ve selected an element (maybe that’s whats in their pro version.) I’d definitely recommend SnappySnippet.
